My Little Valentine | Orlando Children's Photographer
One of my big goals this year is to take more pictures of my own family. And to actually edit and share those pictures! I spend a lot of hours on the computer, so I tend to procrastinate on editing pictures of my daughter, and then it never gets done! So when we did a little morning mini Valentine’s shoot on Friday, I made it a priority to actually edit and share them!
My daughter recently turned four and I am loving this age. It’s a little bittersweet because she is officially a big girl, there is no toddler left. But it is so amazing seeing her develop into her own little person. And a big plus to this age is lately she is less difficult to photograph. I always tell my clients about how my daughter is my most difficult subject. She tends to run from me, avoid eye contact, cross her eyes, stick her tongue out. Pretty much doing anything but whatever cute thing she was doing prior to me getting out my camera. But on this particular day she was REALLY excited for me to take her picture. I think all the fun props helped. Afterwards she said “Mommy, I had so much fun taking pictures”. I think that was a first. And I love how these pictures turned out. They really capture her silly and sweet personality.
I hope you had a wonderful Valentine’s day! Here is my little Valentine on (what she calls) “heart day”:
