Most of my clients know that I’m kind of a night owl (I tend to respond to emails around 1 or 2 am). So while I am not a morning person, I can definitely make myself wake up extra early for sunrise lighting. It’s so worth it! It’s like magic on the water.
This family was amazing and agreed to meet me at 6:30 for our sunrise shoot in Winter Park. Any Mom who has done a photoshoot knows that this means the mom had to wake up at least 2.5 hours before that to get everyone and herself ready. So cheers to this Mama for pulling it together, you’re a rockstar Lori! These girls are so beautiful, smart, happy and growing up way too quickly! They are always a joy to be around.
I was SO excited to hear from this couple recently! I worked with them for their maternity and newborn pictures with their son two years ago and now they are expecting again! Such an exciting time for them. Every time I am around this couple I can immediately see the love between them. It seriously radiates from their eyes! They are both so warm and kind, I have thoroughly enjoyed each of our sessions together. I just can’t wait for the arrival of their second baby! I know their son is going to make the best big brother.
One of the reasons I absolutely love what I do is getting to know these amazing people through the years. I’ve been a photographer for nearly five years now, so I am getting to watch so many families and children grow. It is so rewarding and I could not be more thankful 🙂
I always love capturing birthday pictures, and the first birthday is extra special! The first year goes by so quickly. It feels like one day they are helpless little newborns, then you blink your eyes and they are eating, walking, and sometimes talking little humans! It’s truly amazing.
I had so much fun at this little fella’s first birthday session! He is so cute with the sweetest personality. We had a long session and he was smiling the whole entire time. He loves his Mommy and Daddy, and Mickey Mouse too. Wishing him a very Happy First Birthday!!
